The object constitutes a reanimation of the 1:9 work from 2021, which initiated my research into the potential of reducing the scale of photographic image display. In this new iteration, the material of the object?functioning as a gallery space - together with the exhibits, undergoes degradation and transformation. The resulting form introduces the viewer to a model of an exhibition situation that eludes the rational assumptions of the institutional white cube.
